On October 24, 2025, we had a very insightful class on “Introduction to Software Used in Physical Science Teaching” led by Mr. Chrisbin, an experienced high school teacher from PKS HSS, Kanjiramkulam. The session was informative, practical, and extremely relevant for anyone stepping into the world of modern teaching.
The main focus of the session was to familiarize us with various software tools that can make physical science teaching more interactive, visual, and student-friendly. With technology becoming an integral part of education, the class emphasized the need for teachers to upgrade their digital skills.
During the session, we were introduced to a range of software that can be used in classrooms for simulations, presentations, virtual experiments, and data analysis.
The session was extremely useful and inspiring. It introduced us to a modern approach to science teaching that goes beyond the blackboard. The class boosted our confidence in using software and reminded us that being a teacher today means being open to continuous learning and adaptation.
Technology is not replacing teachers, it is empowering them. And this class reaffirmed that beautifully.
